Mr. Williams is President of Aptus, LLC, an infrastructure, investment and development firm, consulting to infrastructure development firms including engineers, constructors, operators and investors on major water/wastewater, transportation, and public building projects.  He was formerly Vice President for strategic planning and business development for Parsons, Corp., responsible for engineering and development projects world-wide.  Prior to joining Parsons, Mr. Williams was at Montgomery Watson Harza (MWH) where he was Special Assistant to the President and President of MWH Michigan.  He was a senior manager responsible for program management, and in building sales in water, wastewater and water resources with public clients.  Mr. Williams lives in Ft. Worth, TX.
