"In the 1960s my shop was mainly black and Puerto Rican, with a sprinkling of older Jews and Italians. Then one day I woke up and I found that I didn't have any more people from Puerto Rico. The only remaining black is my cutter. And the rest of my workers come from the Dominican Republic, with a bunch from Ecuador, El Salvador, and Chile."
