Thomas Albert Snider was born on April 14, 1843 in Toronto, Canada and died as the result of a train accident in Erie County, Pennsylvania on June 17, 1912. He married Mary W. Baldwin on June 1, 1896 in Muskegon, Michigan but doesn't seem to have had any children. The T. A. Snider Products Co. was established in 1879 and was headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio and had plants all across the United States. It was one of the largest catsup manufacturing companies in the country at the turn of the 20th century, Snider was quite wealthy and spent winters in Delray, Florida, which was the headquarters for the company in South Florida.
