Small wood and leather case lined with red velvet that contains three ivory-handled scalpels, one ivory-handled tenaculum, and one thumb lancet with tortoise-shell handle marked "Evans / Old Change / London. There is also a folding, double ended tenaculum; a folding tenaculum with a hook on each end; and a blow pipe.
