Description:

Two forms, Korean Customs Administration Baggage Declaration and Ministry of Finance, Republic of Korea, Declaration of Foreign Exchange in the Possession of Visitors Entering Korea. Each form is printed in black on both sides of one sheet of vertical, rectangular cream-colored paper in Korean and English and filled out in Korean (except for "Mr. Holt"); stapled together at top left. Signed for Chae Bi Ho (in Korean); not dated or signed by Customs Official. No watermarks.

Makers are Korean Customs Administration and Ministry of Finance, Republic of Korea.
