This harmonica was made in Occupied Japan, ca 1945-1951. It is a Butterfly model, with 5 single holes and 10 reeds. This oval-shaped harmonica has a red painted wooden comb with metal cover plates attached to the top and bottom with screws and nuts, and a metal hoop. It is engraved:
