This is the dual disk drived used with an IMSAI 8080 microcomputer. It appears designed to hold two 5 1/4" floppy disks. It is marked on the front: MICROPΩLIS. It is marked on a tag on the bottom: MICROPΩLIS (/) DISK STORAGE MODULE (/) MODEL NO. 1053 MOD 2 MOD II (/) VOLTS 117 VAC 60 / 50 HZ . It is also marked there: SERIAL NO. 8022011. It is also marked there: MICROPOLIS CORP. CANOGA PARK, CALIF. (/) MADE IN USA.

Used with IMSAI 8080 computer having museum number 1983.0043.01.
