Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with red border on the hoist edge. In the center of the flag is a blue inverted crescent surrounding a blue five-point star. White hoist with an inscription that reads "2nd Brg 3rd Div 7th Army Corps R. C. [illegible] N. [illegible] Phila."
