A newspaper style poster commemorating Bryce Harlow. Harlow worked for several presidents as speech writers and advisors. He also worked for Proctor and Gamble in the role of government relations. In 1982 the Bryce Harlow Foundation was created. The Foundation gives an award to an individual who works to advance business-government relations.
