Golden Ticket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory


Wonka golden ticket prop from the 2005 Tim Burton film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. This modern adaptation stars Johnny Depp, Freddie Highmore, David Kelly, and Helena Bonham Carter. Following the 1971 film Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory starring Gene Wilder, this is the second cinematic reworking of Roald Dahl’s book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Ticket is labeled with the date (February 1), time (10 a.m. sharp), and place (front gates) with a message from Willy Wonka on the reverse side that reads, “Greetings to you, the lucky finder of this golden ticket.”
