Description from the accession record: Vial containing pellets medicated with Bryonia 400th dilution believed to have been made directly from Bryonia 30th dilution from Dr. Hahnemann's own personal stock, by him given to Dr. Boenninghausen; by him to Dr. Hering; by him to Dr. Adolph Lippe; from him to Dr. C. Winterburn; from him to his son, Dr. Geo. W. Winterburn and from him to the late Dr. Henry M. Smith."
