X-Ray Tube


Cold cathode glass x-ray tube with "MACALASTER, WIGGIN CO.” and “Chicago” and “Queen Pat. No. 594036” and “74675" inscriptions. The Macalaster, Wiggin Co. was established in Boston in 1898, established a second facility in Chicago in 1910, and became part of the new the Victor Electric Corporation in 1916.
