IBM DOS Software with Reference Manual


This IBM reference manual for its "Disk Operating System" is in a storage case that also contains one floppy disk labeled "DOS". The floppy disk contains the software for the Disk Operating System. The binder is stored in a gray cardboard case that is part of IBM's Personal Computer Hardware Reference Library. This is the first version of DOS made by Microsoft. There is no reference to Microsoft, but IBM licensed the operating system from Microsoft in 1981.
