Huynh Tan Phat

Description:

Huynh Tan Phat was a South Vietnamese communist politican and revolutionary. He was the Chairman of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam from 1969 to 1976. In July of 1976 South Vietnam and North Vietnam were unified. Huynh Tan Phat was awared the Order of Ho Chi Minh for devotion to the revolution.
