Description:

Yellow cardboard box, with black print and an image of a chick on front. Box contains a plastic pouch holding tablets. Paper Insert also included. 1 oz. av. 100 Tablets; 5 gr. each; price 60 cents.

Printed on box under picture of chick: "A valuable drinking water antiseptic for all poultry, to aid in preventing spread of disease through contaminated water."

On the back of the box: "Directions: For Baby Chicks, Turkeys, Ducks, and Geese, 2 tablets in each quart of drinking water. For Older Birds, 2 to 4 tablets in each quart of drinking water. As an external antiseptic for cleaning out the nostrils, eyes, etc., 12 tablets in a pint of water. To insure getting the medicine well into the nostrils the heads should be dipped."
