Portable chemistry set in a wooden chest with two large drawers and one small one. There are 30 glass jars (two are missing) with paper labels according to Lavoisier's nomenclature; a balance, small flasks, a blow pipe, a thermometer marked "Thermometre selon Mr. DeLuc fais par J.J. Renard à Strasburg" and a hydrometer marked: "arometre pour le selle par Baserque."
