Scot's Gill Measure

Description:

Lidless pot-bellied measure with a flared rim and convex, molded base; Scot's gill size. Two incised lines around rim and above and below belly, one at base. Strap handle has a flat, stepped thumbrest and short, flat lower terminal; oval attachment. No marks.
