Description:

Broad-rim circular plate engraved on its face with an undulating vine of flowers and clusters of grapes or berries, amidst which a dog chases a boar at top left and a stag runs at top right; the crowned pointed shield at top center is stamped "I", "D", "N" in raised serif letters, each inside a shaped surround. Plain, shallow, flat well; no foot ring. Underside of rim has two partial touch marks at top, a crowned Tudor rose flanked by "P" and "S", the other an oval mark with undecipherable figure.
