Handmade Christmas Ornament


Handmade holiday or Christmas ornament/candy container. Cardboard, in shape of sphere, opens to become two identically-sized halves. Exterior has paper scene papier-mach├ęd on front and back, perhaps cut from book or magazine, of a Santa figure carrying a bag of presents walking in front of a house, an angel and a squirrel stand next to him. The same image is on both sides. Silver glitter surrounds the seam; interior is lined in matte paper, white ground with printed floral pattern. Paper lace lines the interior opening of one side. Gold thread in a loop serves as hook. No mark.
