Description (Brief):

Black and white print; stock certificate with green border. In the lower center is a green tinted seal with the monogram of MVMCo. An oval viginette in the upper center contains mining symbols of a sieve, trough, and pick beside bricks and oak leaves. Lower left contains another decorative monogram with company initials.
