Cameron has a 4th Infantry Divison patch on his left arm sleeve and wears an officer pin on his collar. He also wears a sam browne belt. Cameron has grey hair and a mustache. Catalogue card reads "Maj. Gen. Geo. H. Cameron. Painted in France by Jos. C. Chase. Presented in 1922-1931.
