United Air Lines Commits Unfair Labor Practices


A United Airlines pilots strike poster. In 1985, United pilots held a strike for 29 days over the company's new policy to hire new pilots at a significantly lower starting salary and keep them at a lower salary for many years than pilots hired earlier.
