Description:

This cornet was made by William Hillyard in London, England around 1886 to 1893. It is a B-flat/A cornet, Howard Reynolds model, made of nickel plated brass with 3 piston valves. This cornet is engraved:

Howard Reynolds (d.1898) was a prominent cornetist in London in the mid to late 19th century. This cornet model was name after Reynolds and made by Hillyard for the Chicago Music Company.
