Cigarette Box


Plastic cigarette box with paper label reading “At Century of Progress / ‘Wings’ Cigarettes / Premium Package / 1934 / Phenolic Urea.” Wings was a brand of cigarettes launched in 1929. The Century of Progress was an international exhibition held in Chicago in 1933-1934. The theme was technological innovation, and the motto was “Science Finds, Industry Applies, Man Adapts.”
