This test of memory consists of twenty green cards containing fifteen stories of various lengths. They are categorized as either exposition, narration, or description. The subjects are:

9-The Wind and the Son
10-My First Fishing Excursion
11-Smoke
12-The Schoolroom. This card is adapted from Charles Dickens
13-The Forest Ranger. This card is adapted from Overton Price.
14-First Thanksgiving Day.
15-Sir Francis Drake. This card names Charles Kingsley at the bottom.
