Medicinal Cod Liver Oil, Four Ounces


One of nine (9) specimens of official preparations of medicines derived from the “animal kingdom” donated by McKesson and Robbins, Inc. in 1920 for the pharmacy exhibits. The exhibit of “Animal Drugs” included the official preparations of the U. S. Pharmacopoeia (U.S.P.) and the National Formulary (N.F.) along with pictures of the animals from which they were obtained.
