Dental bleaching outfit based on the inventions of the dentist, Merrill Weir Hollingsworth (b. 1863). An inscription on the cardboard package reads “Cataphoric / Bleaching Outfit. / Patented December 29, 1896 / . . . D.R.G.M.”
