Dental Forceps

Description:

The Bowman-Allan Clamp forceps was “a Combination of Dr. Bowman’s and Dr. Allan’s Rubber Dam Clamp, with H. Coy’s Locking Slide-Ring.” Charles F. Allan (1844-1906) was a dentist in Newburgh, N.Y. George A. Bowman was a dentist in St. Louis.
