Hand balance with a 6-inch iron beam, index, and deep brass pans 2.25-inch diameter. The label in the lid of the wooden box reads “PHENIX / HAND SCALE / NO. 200 / WITH SET OF WEIGHTS / WHITALL TATUM & CO / NEW YORK PHILADELPHIA BOSTON.”
