Description:

Tri-fold paper card with six tablets individually sealed in plastic film. The card is shaped to suggest the Apollo command module. The interior of the card has printed drug information and the back has space for the patient name, directions, and doctor's name. Professional sample. Printed on front: "Actifed / The orally effective nasal decongestant carried by the astronauts on 1st manned lunar flight."
