Case of surgical instruments with a “Housemann, McComb & Dunn / MAKERS OF / SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS / 122 RANDOLPH ST., CHICAGO” inscription in the lid. This firm was organized in Chicago in 1886, and later traded as Housemann & Dunn.
