Sailor Weathervane

Description (Brief):

Depicting a sailor and anchor. Silhouetted figure with one leg bent, a black hat with a dimensional brim, a hole for an eye, a red and white suit with yellow trim at cuffs, and two sets of eigth buttons on vest. The figure's arm is holding the anchor and the other on the hip. The main support is up the staight leg.
