This cut, folded and glued paper model has six projecting regions. Each region has two triangles at each end and two nonagons. In each of the twelve dimples formed by the triangles and an adjacent nonagon, a paper figure has been inserted with five irregular quadrilaterals on top and four small triangles as sides (four of these paper figures are missing). Two of the quadrilaterals in the inserted figures fit onto triangles at the end of projecting regions and a fifth fits on a nonagon. A mark reads: 500 (/) Remove (....) (/) for 501. Another mark reads: 1935. Wheeler considered this model to be in his subgroup icosahedra.
