Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with a red border around all three sides. In the center of the flag is a white circle. Machine-stitched, open-sleeve, white cotton heading with no grommets. Flat-felled flag seams are machine-stitched with red, black, and undyed cotton threads. Hand-sewn whipstitch at fly to finish seam. Inscription on hoist reads "2nd Div'n 3rd Brg. 1st Army Corps."
