Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with red equilateral triangle in center of flag. White cotton hoist. Machine stitching; flat-felled seams on flag panels and on triangle. Red and white cotton threads. The inscription on the hoist reads "1st Div. 4th Army Corps."
