Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with a blue trefoil, or clover, in the center of the flag. White cotton canvas hoist with no grommets. Machine-stitched using cotton black and white thread. Inscription on hoist reads "1st Brg. 3rd Div 2nd Army Corps".
