Wool bunting tapered swallowtail flag. White field with a blue crossed sword applique in the center of the flag. Surmounting the swords is a red letter "C." White hoist with no grommets. Inscription on hoist: "R.C. Toy 49 N. 9th Phila CAVALRY Corps Army [illegible] BrgChief Q.M. Div".
