Dose: 1 to 3 teaspoonfuls dissolved in water, with or without sugar. Sold through druggists only."
One of seven pharmaceuticals donated by E. R. Squibb & Sons for an exhibition "telling the story of the collection, marketing, and medicinal use of well-known and extensively used drugs." The curator requested examples of preparations of iron and potassium, and Squibb provided six specimens of potassium salts and one specimen of an iron preparation.
