Plain strap handle has a convex double shell thumb piece and short square terminal; five-knuckle hinge. Bottom underside struck with two touchmarks, the raised serif letters "C•D" in a crown over a Tudor rose and a sawtooth-bordered horizontal oval with a brimmed hat against two crossed objects over the raised serif letters "C•D".
