Baluster measure with double-volute thumb piece; pint size. Fleur-de-lis extension is burnt to the flat lid, which has two pairs of concentric, incised lines. Plain body has a galleried rim and flared base. Tapered, S-scroll handle with bud terminal; strut with stepped diamond- or lozenge-shaped attachment. Possible partial, faint square mark on top of lid. No other marks. Lid broken off at hinge and not connected to body. Old crack and repair at bottom front of body and around base.
