Blown glass holiday or Christmas ornament in the shape of a bird (swan). Red over mirrored silver glass with white painted eye and stripes on either side of body for wings. White spun glass (angel hair) tail protrudes from end. Thin bent wire attaches at top of body to curled (annealed) piece of glass on top of back for hanging. No mark. These ornaments were in production prior to 1940, and then also produced after that time, making it difficult to date.
