Japanned measure or mug with raised band near the top of its slightly tapered, cylindrical body and a tapered, D- or ear-shaped, strap handle soft-soldered at its wire rim and vertical folded seam; flat bottom with folded edge. Painted on front with a right-facing spray of three, circular, red fruit or flower motifs with white and alizarin overtones, the largest at center has yellow crosshatching and springs from a curved white stem surrounded by yellow and green leaflets. No marks.
