Rounded rectangular case with spring-loaded, hinged lid featuring a Nouveau-style, repousse design of a nude woman with flowing hair being buoyed up by waves, her arms outstretched and legs partially crossed; concave back is engraved "F. H. Bulis" in script diagonally across center. Gold washed interior has one remaining spring retainer in lid. Push-tab catch. Outside bottom of lid is struck incuse "STERLING 925FINE" in sans serif letters between two effaced trademarks of "UB" superimposed in an outlined circle.
