Gold washed case interior. Small jump ring at top center of lid. Strike plate at bottom. Collar is struck incuse on monogram side with "STERLING" in sans serif letters to left of an outline of a four-leaf clover and "5424"; opposite side is lightly scratched with a series of numbers and figures.
