Andiron

Description:

Broken andiron with a circular disk finial on a straight upright that is cylindrical at top, faceted at bottom and bent at a right angle to become the billet bar. Square, arched legs with tab feet are forge-welded to upright. Secondary square leg is peened at top of billet bar. No marks.
