Pointed Old English (or Celtic point) ladle having a large circular bowl and downturned, pointed handle with back midrib and diamond extension on bowl; no shoulders. Bright cut, pointed oval reserve on terminal front is engraved "WMB(?)" lengthwise in flecked conjoined script; "17 / 55" added below. Back of handle struck "W\m../TERRY·" in raised serif letters in a rectangle.
