This Cor Solo horn was made by Marcel-Auguste Raoux in Paris, France, in 1831-1833. It is made of brass and silver, with three crooks. “E”, “Eb”, and “F,” and a mouthpiece. The horn is engraved:

Mr. Aupick
PAR LE CONSERVATOIRE
The inscription indicates that First Prize was awarded to Mr. Aupick by The [Paris] Conservatory.
