(border) birds & houses on 1 side, stars & potted flowers on 2 sides. 2. (center) grapevine medallion. The cover block has the inscription: "Wove by C. Schoch, Fulton, Co, IA, 1860." Charles Schoch was born May 26, 1824 in Pennsylvania to John George (1789-1848) and Margaret (Seibert ) Schoch (1791-1866). There is a George Schoch who was a coverlet weaver in OH.
