Cheney Brothers "Tapestry" silk furnishing fabric, 1913. A length of a heavy tapestry-like jacquard-woven, patterned compound weave meant for use in upholstery. The woven design is a simplified 18th century floral pattern in tan on a golden yellow ground. (W. 50 in., L. 36 in.) Mfrs. #s: Com 3901; No. 81074; Color 3240/4.
