Jersey worn by quarterback Terry Wayne Baker during his 1962 football season at Oregon State University. That year Baker led Oregon State to a 9-2 record and final ranking of #16 in the nation. The Beavers would be invited to the Liberty Bowl where they defeated Villanova 6-0, the lone score coming on Baker's record 99-yard touchdown run.
Baker won the 1962 Heisman Trophy (becoming the first winner from west of Texas), the Maxwell Award and was named the 1962 Sports Illustrated portsman of the Year. Baker is the only athlete ever to have won the Heisman Trophy and play in the NCAA Final Four (as the starting point guard for the Oregon State team).
